Eligibility Requirements:

• The competing product must be available for immediate shipment and match exactly in brand, model, version, color, production year, and specifications.
• The product must not be part of a bundle or promotional offer.
• Valid evidence of a lower price is required at the time of the request. Acceptable proof includes current pictures, screenshots, URLs, or printed flyers that can be verified.
• Price match requests must be made before making a purchase.
• Dirt Bikes are not eligible for price match guarantee.

Qualifying Competitors:

• Competitors must be authorized dealers of the product and based in Canada.
• For U.S. businesses, we consider additional costs such as shipping, customs, brokerage fees, import taxes, and currency conversion when evaluating the price match.
• The competitor must have a physical store as well as an online presence and not be merely a marketplace seller.

Price Match Process:

1. Submission:
   • Contact our customer support team before your purchase.
   • Provide proof of the competitor’s lower price.
2. Verification:
   • Our team will thoroughly review the request against our terms and conditions.
   • We reserve the right to refuse a price match if it does not meet our guidelines.
3. Adjustment:
   • Approved requests will result in a price adjustment to match the competitor’s offer.
   • The adjustment will be applied to your original method of payment and will cover only the product price, excluding additional charges.
